uploading pictures while automatically creating posts

I got a problem with finding a script/plugin.
I need to find a way to upload many pictures on my blog so that each would make a seperate post

picture > server> creating a post with only a Title, the name of the should be taken from the name of the pic.
I want it to look like this

instead of something like that

Somebody got any suggestions?

If I use the multiupload tool, They will only become a gallery, please help 🙂
