now im recieving this !!
There doesn’t seem to be a wp-config.php file. I need this before we can get started. Need more help? We got it. You can create a wp-config.php file through a web interface, but this doesn’t work for all server setups. The safest way is to manually create the file.
Don’t panic!
Did you follow the upgrade instructions from here:
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/53208?replies=103 ?
Well, I am afraid you didn’t 🙂
It says:
“# Delete the old WordPress files on your site, but DO NOT DELETE
* wp-config.php file;
* wp-content folder;
* wp-images folder;
* wp-includes/languages/ folder–if you are using a language file do not delete that folder;
* .htaccess file–if you have added custom rules to your .htaccess, do not delete it. “
Obviously you’ve deleted your config file, that’s why it is asking/looking for it.
If you know the info of your database you can simply make a new wp-config file (from wp-config-sample.php) and upload it.

I think moshu is referring to this:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress#Step_3:_Set_up_wp-config.php
You would need to recreate the “wp-config.php” file and reupload it. Then WP will read that information and connect to your database. You shouldn’t have lost everything in your WP database. You just need the correct files with the right information in place to do it. Contact Moshu at the address he gave you and he’ll be able to get you squared away:)
