Odd programming?

Hi all,

Can somebody tell me how I can move the Divas Apply section of my site?

I’ve just taken over updating duties on this site but it looks like it was programmed very oddly.

-I can’t find how to move the Divas apply area
-When I go to edit the menu, it won’t let me and gives me this: “The current theme does not natively support menus, but you can use the “Custom Menu” widget to add any menus you create here to the theme’s sidebar.”

If anybody could help out then that would be great!
