[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Cannot log into Pro forum

    Followed the links and received the password to get into the pro forum but got this message:
    You attempted to access the “Matthew Muro” dashboard, but you do not currently have privileges on this site. If you believe you should be able to access the “Matthew Muro” dashboard, please contact your network administrator.
    Reset pw and still got the same message. My user name for the pro forum is healinghamlet.
