• So, after a few days of not realizing that the theme / template I would love most to use is not compatible with the version I am using – I am left wondering if it would be hard to make the theme compatible with the new version without ruining the theme itself?

Here is said theme : Theme

Would anyone be willing to look it over, and possibly see if its still able to be used, and what all needs tweaked to get it to work?

  • Have you actually tried the theme yourself?

It’s claimed the theme is compatible with WordPress 3.1. So in most cases there should be no problems using it on the latest WP version.

As you can see compared to the demo of the theme, something isn’t working quite right. I had asked previously here on WP about it, and was informed that it could be due to it being compatible with an older version. Okay. So, I asked how to make it work with the new version.

I had wondered why an old theme wouldn’t work with a new version. I would think a new theme wouldn’t be compatible with an old version.

Anyway, as you can see, the slider on the top doesn’t work – and from my looking at the theme in the Admin Panel, I can not find where to fix this.
