• I was editing a post yesterday (Baklava) and noticed that my Home page was blank. It is set to show all recent articles, and the full articles. It now shows the categories, the title of my most recent post, and nothing below that. The blog posts themselves are all still there, and the direct links, search, and categories all work to bring them up.

I thought it might have been my Easy Recipe plugin, but deleting the recipe from the latest post didn’t fix the problem.

    Website is http://www.gourmethousewife.com.

    Help!

  • Go to settings -> reading and set your home page to show your latest posts. If this is already set you will need to disable or delete all plugins and switch to the default theme (TwentyEleven since 3.3). After making these changes does the problem still occur? If no, re-enable everything one by one to see which component causes the problem.

Thanks Chris. I activated TwentyEleven, and all of the posts automatically showed up, without me having to disable all the plugins. When I switched back to the theme I was on (WP-DaVinci), the posts were all gone again. I disabled all the plugins, and no change. That seems to me like it’s the problem of the theme itself, right? If the plugins all work on TwentyEleven, I imagine they’re not the problem.

Correct, most certainly seems like a theme issue

Unfortunately, that appears to be a premium (commercial) theme. As such we are unable to help much more now that we’ve narrowed it down to a theme issue

Hopefully the theme developers can be of assistance to you
