Published Pages not Showing up?

I have installed the theme and got things to where I am partially happy with them. When I am on the Appearance>Theme>Customize screen, where you can Choose Site Tagline and title and Static page that sort of thing. Everything works right. The links in the Menu are working and go where I want them to. I click on the links and it shows me the page.

I am doing live updates to the site so the site is coming together as I work on it. When I go to the actual page where all the files are hosted and click on the links in the menu bar it takes me to an error page saying This page has a Redirect Loop..

All the pages are posted and should be up and running. As I said in the Manage Themes page it is showing the site to work exactly like I want it to. The links on the menu all seem to be what they are supposed to be, though when I look in the ftp where everything is kept I don’t see the pages anywhere.. so is there something where it hasn’t been posted to my host? I am just trying to get everything together before I put the domain forwarding on.
