[Plugin: comments] Finding the elusive 'Comments_Template ' to modify

    I have read hundreds of threads on this subject but cannot find anything that works. I am using an Artisteer theme in WordPress 3.4.2 and I am trying to find out how to modify the comment form.
    I am using it for a competition response and need to change the words from “Leave a Reply” to “Leave your Answer”. I have looked in just about every file including ‘comments.php’; I have searched for key words and have found zero.
    Can someone out there please help me!

    Look for this section of code in your comments.php and change the text

    <h3 id="reply-title">Leave a Reply <small><a rel="nofollow" id="cancel-comment-reply-link" href="/competitions/#respond" style="display:none;">Cancel reply</a></small></h3>

    I cannot find that code in my comments.php. Any other options?
