Password & Email fail

I have a client who’s password is suddenly failing. It doesn’t appear that the website has been hacked.

When I’ve tried to reset the password, WP isn’t accepting her email address…nor any of the other possibilities.

Is there another way I can get in to correct this? The website host informs me that it must be done through WP however I thought there was a way to do this through the cpanel?
