Help with identifying two separate plugins

    Hello all experts.

    Does any have any suggestions for two separate plugins that do this:

    ONE: Simple form with the ability for students to sign up for courses.

    TWO: Create a Fans section on the WP site where once they sign-up they will get their own page. Admin will be able to change content in this Fans’ page and all fans will see the same content.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.
