Error:The theme Directory is either empty or doesn't exist

    I noticed about two weeks ago that my blog wasn’t showing however I could and still assess my dashboard.I later learnt that my theme was gone and same for the plugins. I have tried to re-install the theme but I keep getting:

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    Could not create directory. /home/deedee/public_html/wp-content/themes/woody/

    Theme install failed.

    What do i do? Thanks
