Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting via Settings -> Permalinks. If this works, then review Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.

Esmi, i tried this and still not working.
Permalink structure is:-
/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
I am also using WCS hotfix.
Is there a way so categories and tags page dosplays post without use of WCS hotfix plugin
Start by resetting your permalinks back to the default setting so we can review the site.
