I think that (would have no way of knowing) Word Press limits these pages to certain users. If you look on trac, many of the posts are by the same people. I saw a ticket that said that the party posting it was posting it for someone who couldn’t login. Maybe you want to leave your idea in the forum for someone who can login.

Who would this ‘WordPress’ be that’s limiting things? The reason a lot of tickets are by the same people is because there’s just not as many people posting tickets as there could (or perhaps, should) be.
Anyway, there was a server move, and I’ve heard a lot of people are having trouble getting into Trac right now. Give it a little time.
