Custom Menu won't display sub categories

    Custom Menu won’t display sub categories

    I am working to create subcategories, and I can do this in my main theme, but not in my custom menu.

    I have pages set up correctly as parent, child, grandchild, etc.

    I have tried multiple times to organize the custom menu by adding pages and moving sub-categories to the right, but as soon as I hit save they shift over to the left again.

    This means when I update using the custom menu I have all items as main menu items (no drop down sub-categories).

    The problem with using a non custom menu is that I can’t organize the page order. (If this is possible it would also resolve my issue.
