Your theme is incorrectly generating permalinks. Google Webmaster Tools will tell you where the link was found if you click the link in the main table and then look at the “Linked From” tab. Follow that link and look in the page source to work out where the link is being generated. That should give you a clue as to where the problem is in the theme.
If the “Linked From” link isn’t from your site, there isn’t much you can do except email the webmaster of the other site and ask that the link be fixed. The example you gave are from your site, but you will certainly see some from elsewhere once in awhile so I though I’d mention it.

some of this broken links comes from other sites and some of them comes from my correct posts.
i should tell you that when i looked at the GRAPHIRAN.COM in my google webmaster , everything is ok ! let me tell this way… when i build my site in 2 years ago , i submit 2 version of my site in google webmaster! http://www.graphiran.com & graphiran.com !
now the broken link problem just appear in http://www.graphiran.com and graphiran.com is correct as i think and like !
one of my friend tell me that delete the http://www.graphiran.com version in google webmaster , but i think maybe this maybe bad for my search englin optimization.
is it ok that i have with and without www vecrsions in my google webmaster? and why this broken link just shows in http://www.graphiran.com and graphiran.com is absolutly ok?

This link, “http://www.graphiran.com/date/1390/03/page/5/www.graphiran.com”, is almost certainly something on your end. It is in your theme or maybe a redirect rule in .htaccess. Something like that.

You really shouldn’t do that. You will end up with duplicate content issues. Pick one and 301 redirect everything that one URL. You shouldn’t lose Google juice with a 301 redirect.

i should say that , i redirected the graphiran.com on http://www.graphiran.com . and solved the duplicate content many times ago. i dont have any problem with this. i just submit a site 2 times, one time with www and another time without www. is this problem?
about what you said for theme or redirect rule ,i checked both of them and didnt find any problems , i dont have any without http adress of my site in theme and bad redirect rule in htaccess
You have links like this, “<a href="www.graphiran.com">” in your post body. That is a relative link— that is, relative to the current page– and will be parsed into “the-page-you-are-on/www.graphiran.com” For example, I found the link at “www.graphiran.com/date/1390/03/page/5/”, that URL will thus be “www.graphiran.com/date/1390/03/page/5/www.graphiran.com”
This may be a side issue, but you have a huge number of markup errors, 339 errors and 19 warnings, shown by your validation report. Perhaps correcting them may help.
The link I found was there and still is. Go to “www.graphiran.com/date/1390/03/page/5/”. View source (CTRL+u). Search the source (CTRL+f) for <a href="www.graphiran.com"> The link is there. If you do that, you will see that the link is inside the post body, as I said earlier, of one of your posts. That means the problem is in something you or somebody else entered into the post edit form at wp-admin->Posts. It is not in a .php file, at least that link isn’t.
