• HELP!
When I go to my website, villagefamilymag.org, I get a page directory. The page has the heading “Index of /index.html” and appears to be an empty directory.

I’d greatly appreciate if anyone out there can help me with this.

How can we find out who our host is? The website was set up by someone who is no longer working here.

Ok, I was told not to post repeat questions..even though this is a new issue. So anyway, does anyone know how to get the page to NOT redirect to an index.html page?

Do you have an index.html file in your root folder?

Honestly, I don’t know. I use the WordPress site to edit our pages, I don’t know of any folders with files or anything like that that I can change.

I have found a few suggestions for plugins that redirect (or prevent WordPress from doing so)…I’m just really at my wits end with this. I’ve tried everything I can think of.

Start by contacting your hosts. There seems to be an issue on their server.
