Hi,
It seems like the timthumb.php file does not exist in the plugin folder or you have something that block the path to it.
When trying to access an image on it’s link (for example http://sparkleandlight.com/sneakapeek/wp-content/plugins/ep-hashimage/timthumb.php?src=http://p.twimg.com/A3uttDpCAAA3G_F.jpg&w=80&h=80) I get a “Page not found” page on your site.
Try re-install the plugin, if that don’t work the path to timthumb.php is somehow blocked for direct access.

I might have a solution for you. Do you have your wordpress site installed in a folder in the servers root?
So that you only have a index.php file in the root and a folder called something like “wordpress” or “wp”?
