Can't check update

    My all wordpress website can’t check new update

    You have the latest version of WordPress.

    ============

    Server info:
    WHM 11.32.4 (build 14)
    PHP 5.3.16
    MySQL 5.5.25 with InnoDB default engine

    I try to downgrade into WordPress 3.4 but still same problem. And its look the plugin facing same problem can’t check update.

    Has anyone had this problem and how to solves its?

    Plugin can check update if i search some plugin in add new plugin first and back again to dashboard and hit Updates menu, and all plugin that need update show up.
