[Plugin: Organize Series] Cannot Add New Serioes

I’m assuming you’re talking about the series meta box found on the edit posts screen.

I tested that and am able to reproduce the bug. I’m close to another release so I’ll put a fix for this in the new release.

In the meantime. A workaround is to add a series via the “Manage Series” page (this is a submenu item in the Posts menu).
