Create Shortcode

Hi there, I’d like to create a shortcode for our document URLs. Ideally in this format (using ‘docurl’ as an example only):

[docurl]ID1234[/docurl]

And for it to display:

http://docurl.co.nz/document/etc/id/ID1234

Would LOVE your thoughts.
