Increase User Engagement?

    How would you go about increasing user engagement from your WordPress blog using plugins?

    Specifically for my Android blog at: http://tech-trip.com/

    Now I have already tried adding social sharing buttons but I don’t wanna go overboard with them. Also SEO tips would be greatly appreciated, for e.g. I have noindexed my Tag archives. Is that alright? Or should I just let the link juice flow naturally and let Google index my pages as it seems fit?
