Error enabling multisites

I got the following error:

wp_1_posts: Table ‘db375801119.wp_1_posts’ doesn’t exist
wp_1_comments: Table ‘db375801119.wp_1_comments’ doesn’t exist
wp_1_links: Table ‘db375801119.wp_1_links’ doesn’t exist
wp_1_options: Table ‘db375801119.wp_1_options’ doesn’t exist
wp_1_postmeta: Table ‘db375801119.wp_1_postmeta’ doesn’t exist
wp_1_terms: Table ‘db375801119.wp_1_terms’ doesn’t exist
wp_1_term_taxonomy: Table ‘db375801119.wp_1_term_taxonomy’ doesn’t exist
wp_1_term_relationships: Table ‘db375801119.wp_1_term_relationships’ doesn’t exist
wp_1_commentmeta: Table ‘db375801119.wp_1_commentmeta’ doesn’t exist

I may have forgotten to disable plugins, but it won’t let me back in to check. Any idea what can be done?
