Question About Link at Bottom

hi,

my newly installed blog is at http://artsandcraftshobby.com/blog/

is it compulsory to maintain a link to http://wordpress.org at the footer of the blog? If I want to change it to point to my own domain; for example, http://artsandcraftshobby.com , can this be done?

I don’t see any options in the settings or dashboard to do this.
