I’m not familiar with that theme at all, but you may want to check in the dashboard under Appearance>Header and see if you can upload it there.

If you don’t see Header as an option under Appearance, then this theme uses another way to set that graphic. In that event, you may want to contact the original author of the theme for support, as you may not get the answer you need here.
