• So I have been using sliders on my webpage for some time and it has always loaded properly without the black box and loading symbol that is now showing up. This can be seen at turncyclesolutions.com. All I have done was add an SEO plug-in and a google analytics plug-in and it began having this problem. I am not sure how to fix it and do not want to mess up the functionality or layout of the site. What would cause this to happen?

  • First find out which plugin is giving you problems. So disable both plugins, enable one of them and check out the website. If nothing changes, disable it again and enable the other plugin. Check the website again.

If there is still no issue enable both plugins and see if you can reproduce the issue only when both plugins are enabled.

Once you identify which is the plugin, it would be easier to solve.

Thank you for your quick response. I just deactivated both of the plug-ins and it is still doing it. So now what should I look for?

Can you remember what were the last number of changes before this started to happen?

Those were the last changes that were made. The addition of those two plug-ins. What was weird were the header and footer background color changed as well, but that was an easy fix. Any idea? Can you see what I’m talking about?
