Form Submission Issue

    I am having some issues with my WordPress form processing in both subdomains that I have under http://www.audioconcepts.ca … I have installed the AJAX Contact Plugin on the subdomain car.audioconcepts.ca, and have added a form to one of my pages. I test it out and click send, in which it tells me that it has been sent, but never receive an email… what do I do to fix this?

    This is a moment where you should check your mailserver logs.

    Make sure the mail’s being sent and not getting hung up (I know some hosts only let you email out if the ‘from’ address is on your domain, so foo.com and not gmail.com 😉 )

    I am unable to check my mailserver logs. They are only seen by my host. Also, my from address is from my domain… Any other ideas?

    Then ask your webhost if there are errors with your sent email log?
