Please help me?!

I have three questions about my latest site http://www.teknikkompetens.com.
The template is “Ashford Pro”.

1: I want to change the word “Home” to the swedish word “Hem” in location and breadcrumbs. I can´t find it anywhere in any css- or php-files!?
(In the menu its ok. I could choose “hidden” in the tempate options…)

2: The site contains many slideshows, in this tempalte called “Hero Rotator”.
The slideshows works in Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Also i Explorer 8, but NOT in Explorer 9?? How can I fix it??

3: When I post a link to the site from f.ex. Facebook, it looks like “New Site” and “Just another WordPress blog”. I have changed this in the general settings (Site Title and Tagline), but it´s still there if I try to post a link? Can anyone see whats wrong??

And oh! Besides:

(4): Is there anything I can do to post pictures to the pages where i´ve used the “Rotator”, WHITHOUT showing them in the slideshow?? (I want the slideshow, but even pics on the page only. On the page “Kompetens” i want pics from events in the slideshow, and portraits with texts on the page.

I would be SO THANKSFUL for your help!
(I´ve tried on the swedish site with no resaults…)
