Post page does not show navigational elements

I’m befuddled by my post page at http://tiny-picture.com. I have put in items (navigational buttons) that show up on all my posts and pages, but not on the posts page (I also us a static front page). These seem to show up on my local host when I did the original coding, but when I made the site live, the navigation buttons do not show up on the posts page (where it list all the post). I have the code in the loop.php, but perhaps that is the wrong place? Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.
