Can't find install.php codex link yields inia.com

On Codex install step #5 the instruction says:
visit http://example.com/wp-admin/install.php, but my Safari browser automatically redirects me to http://www.iana.org/domains/example/ and I have no idea what to do from there. There is no install.php in the download.
