[Plugin: Events Manager] [REQ] Option for default city/town

We would like two options for specifying the default city/town:

1. In the Event List/Archives page settings. This setting would control which city’s/town’s events are listed when no search parameters apply. The setting would apply to the search form as well, making this value selected when no search parameters apply. Adding a Default Country option at the same time would also make sense.
2. In the General Options, right after the Default Location Country setting, to make it easier for users to add events on a site centering around a single town.
