PS: if you don’t want to bother fixing the issue, you can downgrade to the previous version. Just download the zip file for 2.8.2, uncompress it, and upload all the files to your server. No uninstalling required.

Can you try to switch to compatibility mode and then back to normal?
I am quite lost when it comes to details about doing things like this, how do I switch compatiblilty mode?

Thanks so much! Great! Problem solved, after you mentioned it I realised that I have seen that icon next to the browse box quite a few times. Simply clicking on it worked magic. Thanks again
