This is the twenty eleven default pagination functions kicking in…
Either find the pagination code in the index.php file and remove it or replace you het header code with the below:
<?php get_header(); query_posts( 'posts_per_page=-1&cat=' . $cat ) ?>
Sorry this is what i use on my category template to make it work in index.php use the below:
<?php get_header(); query_posts( 'posts_per_page=-1' ) ?>
I have replaced the header code with <?php get_header(); query_posts( ‘posts_per_page=-1’ ) ?>, but it still doesn’t work. When I go to http://binnenhuisarchitectopleiding.org/page/6 I still get the homepage even when i go to http://binnenhuisarchitectopleiding.org/page/6456489 I still get the homepage instead of a 404 page. How can I solve the problem?
go to settings->reading->Blog pages show at most and change it to 9999999
It still doesn’t work, if I go to http://binnenhuisarchitectopleiding.org/page/**insert random number to infinty** it still shows me the homepage.
please paste the code from your index.php file?
It’s just the regular twenty eleven header, here he is:
<?php
/**
* The main template file.
*
* This is the most generic template file in a WordPress theme
* and one of the two required files for a theme (the other being style.css).
* It is used to display a page when nothing more specific matches a query.
* E.g., it puts together the home page when no home.php file exists.

*
* @package WordPress
* @subpackage Twenty_Eleven
*/
get_header(); query_posts( 'posts_per_page=-1' ) ?>
<div id="primary">
<div id="content" role="main">
<?php if ( have_posts() ) : ?>
<?php twentyeleven_content_nav( 'nav-above' ); ?>
<?php /* Start the Loop */ ?>
<?php while ( have_posts() ) : the_post(); ?>
<?php get_template_part( 'content', get_post_format() ); ?>
<?php endwhile; ?>
<?php twentyeleven_content_nav( 'nav-below' ); ?>
<?php else : ?>
<article id="post-0" class="post no-results not-found">
<header class="entry-header">
<h1 class="entry-title"><?php _e( 'Nothing Found', 'twentyeleven' ); ?></h1>
</header><!-- .entry-header -->
<div class="entry-content">
<p><?php _e( 'Apologies, but no results were found for the requested archive. Perhaps searching will help find a related post.', 'twentyeleven' ); ?></p>
<?php get_search_form(); ?>
</div><!-- .entry-content -->
</article><!-- #post-0 -->
<?php endif; ?>
</div><!-- #content -->
</div><!-- #primary -->
<?php get_sidebar(); ?>
<?php get_footer(); ?>
Then i am sorry i cannot think of another solution for this issue… (still just actually a novice…)
No probs, could someone else help me, please?
