[ask] post_orderby

hello everybody,
i have a problem here.

i just make one table (let just call it wp_test) which have relation with post table (wp_posts)

now i want to make order at administrator custom columns by field at the wp_test. how can i make it. i have been search in google and read every tutorial that i find, but it’s all just talking about using meta_key and meta_value. is it possible to use sql query to make the orderby?
