problems with static and blog page

Hello,

I have problems with making a static page. I made the static page and the blog page but now the blog page show all my posts messed up. I need this blog page show to my home.php but i think it links to something completely different.. Anyone has an idea?

when i turn of the static page the posts page is fine. so its strange.. i just cant figure it out.
