[Plugin: SearchAutocomplete] Use plugins_url() instead of WP_PLUGINS_URL

Hi.
Can you please use plugins_url() instead of WP_PLUGINS_URL global variable ?The global variable doesn’t take care of SSL or not.. plugins_url() take care.
