??? show posters name , possible profile ???

    Hi , I just started using WordPress and I am wondering , how you show the authors name (the person that posted) and a possible profile link on the topic , I see it everywhere else but I cannot find the plug-in

    Whether the author’s name is displayed or not is pretty muich theme-dependent. Which theme is active on your blog?
    You should be able to open the index.php file of your theme and add somewhere in the post-meta section the proper template tag: Template_Tags/the_author

    For creating an Author profile page you will have to dig in a bit deepr into themes and templates: Templates
