Does it have to redirect to wp-comments-post.php? Because you can use a form plugin like
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/contact-form-7/
it will use AJAX via javascript, displaying the notice without redirecting a page, much better user experience for the user too.

Ah! I am sorry, I don’t know why, I’ve misread “comments” with “contactform”. You might wanna try this:

Hello, I tried to search on google but did not find what I was looking for mostly because I dont know what it is called.
My website do redirect to /wp-comments-post.php if a field that is required not filled. I want to make it show a notice on the same page for fields that are not filled. Thanks.
