Nice choice of Gallery images, it fits your concept well. Here are the stuff I would change if it was my site:

1. The logo emblem, above LEADERSHIP BY DESIGN. It looks like a metallurgical processing factory logo to me. I would probably pick a design similar to these, with smoother lines:

3. I would replace the red highlighted sentence “Get a free copy of our Leadership Strategy Demystified by clicking here” with a color like #FF6500

4. Will change the content link color “Learn more here” with the same color you’ve used for the header main menu

5. Change the royal blue sentence colors in the Gallery images to this brown color
