When I populate my publications using the shortcode, the authors are always listed alphabetically (according to last name); however, I would like to have the ability to order my authors differently as I am using this plugin for academic publications. Is this possible?

i second this vote!!

but i did find a workaround, but making the author list not display, and then adding the correct order list as part of the description. then you can still filter by author.

I would also love to be able to control the order that everything appears in when the whole database is displayed
