Media Uploader Featured Image

    When I’ve created a new post. I can use the normal way and upload a new image and I can browse for Media that have been uploaded.

    But when I press featured image and there browse for uploaded Media files I only see the number of total media but not the files.

    Why does the regular way works but not the featured way?
    How could a theme broke that function?

    Can I debug the issue?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
