Just purchased Blackbird from inkthemes
As they’re a commercial theme provider, you should contact them for assistance. Part of the fee you paid them was for support and we don’t (can’t really) support those here.

Andrew, that’s not the case. This is the Themes and Templates forum and the link you provided was right on target. But generally if it’s WordPress and a theme question this is where to ask.
CoachDarlene just happened to have a commercially supported theme. 😉
