[Plugin: Events Manager] Maps formatting ignored

The setting Formats/Layouts > Maps and geotagging > Map text format seems to be ignored. I have it set as
<strong>#_LOCATIONNAME</strong><p>#_LOCATIONADDRESS, #_LOCATIONTOWN</p>but what I see on location and event pages is
Location Name
Street address – Town
Detailswhere Details is a link to the location page (which is just in the way when the user is already on the location page).
If I’m adding an event to an already-added location on [event_form], map text is the same as on event and location pages. However, if I’m adding a new location, the map text is displayed as
Location Name
Street address
Townwith the Town dropping to a separate row without the dash “-” separator. All of the above happened also on our test site with 2011 theme, EM as the only enabled plugin, and the default .htaccess file.
