PIcs in post

Ok, before anyone says so..i did use the search option, AND found some results…but all the results i’ve found are so complicated and i can’t really understand how to this stuff…

Anyway, i’m looking for an easy way, and maybe even a plugin that will add a picture to a post, like in between the text, example:

I know how to add normal pics like here:
