Lost my Log-in page! Help please

I have been using wordpress at http://www.dailybeadsale.com, my login was located at dailybeadsale.com/wordpress/wp-admin/. I wanted to transfer another blog from Tumblr to wordpress. The other blog is located at http://www.dailybeadbuzz.com. I logged into my dashboard and changed the url to dailybeadbuzz.com when I hit save it knocked me out of wordpress – now I can’t find a login page anywhere. My old login redirects to dailybeadbuzz.com and says the URL is invalid.

How in the world do I log back in to change it back? Any help would be truly appreciated!
