[Plugin: Contact Form 7 Datepicker] Adding Year & Date drop down

Hello ,
I have been trying to modify the DatePicker, in order to add two drop down fields to quick change the Year & Month , but unfortunately i could not get any positive results , did any one tried to do something similar to this ?
in my idea it should be , because when someone tries to insert his Birth Date, he need to use the arrows so much times in order to set his Date of Birth . and this is not friendly ,
if added the drop down “year” “month” this will ease on the visitor so much.
