Remove slider coltroller

    HI,

    I am trying to hide the slider controller from a home page slider but to no avail. It is far too big and unnecessary in my opinion!! There is no option in the controls and I have searched through the editor for a way to hide it but no luck.

    Also, is the any way I can put a Facebook Widget on a home static posts page? Thiis is because the slider will not show on a static pages homepage.
    Or if someone could figure out out to show the slider on a a static home page that would be great either!
