Can't access wp admin

I set up a blog a few weeks ago and never had any trouble with accessing my site’s wp admin. a few days ago I wanted to edit some pages but couldn’t get into the wp amin. I thought maybe I had got my password wrong, so requested anew one and when I entered my email address, a note came up saying that email address isn’t registered??? Its my only email address…the site in zillionz-music.com
If anyone can help I would be really grateful..
