One site with redirect loop

    I have a well worn multisite with domain mapping. There are approx 160 sites, all mapped to subdomains of two different TLDs. All sites are working except one, which suddenly started throwing a redirect loop a couple hours ago after loading correctly yesterday. I see no apparent configuration/setup differences between this site (which has been live for a couple months without issue) and any others.

    By way of detail, the site ID is #115 .. both #114 and #116 work fine and both of those are mapped to subdomains of the same TLD.

    So .. what could cause a redirect loop on only a single site of multisite install without impacting any others?

    Something in the plugins or theme of that site, are always the first bet.

    We found the culprit .. someone fessed up to having changed a permalink setting. We had already verified theme by swapping to default and the plugin set was same as functioning sites.

    So.. now we add checking permalink to the troubleshooting checklist!!
