I need to convert a website into WordPress. This website uses Javascript with a tag that reads ‘<script src=”/url.js” type=”text/javascript”>’. Is there a way to load url.js into WordPress?

Thanks for that link. However, it does not fully answer my question. The page says to add the tag <script type="text/javascript" src="/scripts/emailpage.js"></script> to load a page into WordPress but it does not explain how to put the file emailpage.js into the WordPress system.
