how can i implement a dynanmic dropdown menu on my wordpress site? thanks

It depends where in the template. I’d start by searching for the tags you used > “drop down menu”. Put it in the search box.

It also depends on what you want this “dynanmic dropdown menu” to display.

i want it to display my pages at the top level and subpages as drop downs, is that possible?

Is that what you’re looking for basically? If you click on that guy’s site link for the instructions and view his menu at top…it drops down with submenus included.. =) Well, for the “Blog” one anyway…
